I recently presented "Level Set and Level Up: A Learner-Centric Approach to Training in a Virtual Environment," with Constellation Brands' Director of Learning & Development Maggie Romanovich at the Training Industry Conference & Expo. In our session, we provided practical techniques for allowing learners to customize their own training experience to increase their personal investment in their learning journey.
