The first step in finding an eLearning partner is to clearly communicate your project requirements. One of the best ways to do that is to issue an RFP (request for proposals).
An RFP helps you organize your priorities, list your requirements and explain your criteria. It also lets you compare apples to apples when evaluating potential partners.
We’ve created a simple eLearning RFP template to help you reach out to prospective partners. The finished RFP will help you assess the capabilities, compatibility and costs of different providers.
Instructions: Download the template, save it as a Word document, and then fill in the relevant information. Feel free to customize it so it works for your situation. You may find helpful ideas you can incorporate into an existing RFP template.
If you need help determining your training goals and requirements, JPL Learning Solutions is happy to help. We can work with you to develop a learning strategy and objectives before you issue the RFP. Just email or call for more information.
