PA Chiefs of Police Builds Learning Partnerships that Drive Results

By forming valuable partnerships, the PA Chiefs of Police Association recently passed the milestone of delivering over 300,000 hours of training to law enforcement officials through its virtual training network, created by learning and technology partner JPL.

Through its partnerships with organizations including the PA Coalition Against Rape (PCAR), the PA Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) and the Municipal Police Officers Education & Training Commission (MPOETC), the PA Chiefs of Police has built a model for efficiently delivering award winning training to law enforcement officers throughout Pennsylvania.

Since 2012, JPL has provided learning and technology consulting, instructional design, and eLearning course development to support PAVTN. Recently, JPL implemented its ecoLearn™ learning management platform to manage the delivery of more than 30 courses to more than 17,000 law enforcement officers.
